Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Baker for employment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, has a passion for baking,can bake pastries, decorate and bake cakes.and can work in a fast-paced bakery setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and baking a range of breads and pastries, including loaves, buns, croissants, muffins, and other baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- Handles dough preparation, shaping, proofing, and baking processes
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Handle with inventory, ingredient preparation, and restocking supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous baking experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
