Duties

- Diagnose appliance issues accurately using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
- Perform repairs on various appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and HVAC systems
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex problems effectively
- Assemble and install appliance components following manufacturer specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Test repaired appliances to confirm proper operation before returning them to customers




- Maintain detailed records of all service activities, parts used, and diagnostic findings

Requirements

- Proven electrical experience with a solid understanding of electrical systems and wiring
- Mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and HVAC systems is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with appliance repair across multiple brands and models
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and assembly instructions
- Familiarity with HVAC systems or related certifications is a plus
- Basic assembly skills for installing or replacing appliance parts as needed

Pay: $75,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
