MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Estimator to support major ICI projects across Alberta. This role will focus on projects valued at $50M+, including schools, healthcare facilities, fire halls, and defence-related projects.

Requirements

- 10+ years of estimating experience

- Proven experience estimating $50M+ ICI projects

- Strong background working for a General Contractor

- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

Preferred Experience

- Design-Build projects

- Construction Management (CM) delivery

- Exposure to Lump Sum and P3 projects

Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bid submissions

- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents

- Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing

- Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities

- Collaborate with project and pre-construction teams
