Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools around the worksite
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up equipment and supplies
- Support skilled workers by holding materials, mixing substances, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Perform site cleanup activities to maintain a safe and tidy setting
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and injuries




- Help with demolition or excavation tasks as needed, adhering to project specifications

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is preferred

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
