We're currently looking for experienced and outgoing Baristas to join our team. This is your chance to be part of a new and exciting concept in the heart of the city!
Job Description:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming workplace
- Make product recommendations and educate customers on our menu
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and workspace
- Monitor inventory and restock as needed
- Handle transactions and operate the POS system
- Promote ongoing specials and events
- Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality and customer service
- Ensure all drinks meet our visual and quality standards
Who we are looking for:
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys engaging with customers
- Able to stay calm and consistent under pressure
- Reliable and stable performance — shows up and delivers
- Fast learner who’s open to new techniques and drink creations
- Team player who can work well with others without drama
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights (shifts may go until close)
- SmartServe Certified (or willing to obtain)
