In the fast-paced entertainment and gaming industry, our employees interact with our patrons face to face. Customer service is paramount. Our applicant(s) must be able to work in a team environment, be service oriented, possess a positive attitude, detail oriented, a self-starter, and have a passion for dealing with the public. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) must be able to work well with others. Experience in the casino and/or bingo industry desired. As CSR's will be dealing with money, good math skills are required and must be able to work on the fly with adding and subtracting without the use of a calculator or similar. If hired, potential candidates will be required to be licensed with the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario and be able to pass police background check. Smart Serve certification is required. Positions available for consideration in our Bingo area - (1)
Floor runners (selling bingo cards, cleaning tables and gaming screens, calling back winning bingo's. (2) Foodservice area - cashier - includes taking orders on a Square POS terminal in a canteen style workspace, maintaining stock, cleaning work area. Positions available are for work during evenings and weekends as our facility is open between 8am-2am during the week and 8am-3:30am on weekends. French speaking an asset.
