Red Door Provisions is seeking an experienced Baker to join our bakery operations and contribute to a rapidly growing, quality-driven team.
This is a hands-on role focused on consistency, organization, thoughtful execution, and team work.
Starting wage: $21/hour + tips
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, croissants, breads, cookies, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and production schedules to maintain consistency and quality
- Assist with mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Monitor inventory and communicate production needs
- Work collaboratively with the bakery and kitchen teams
