The RESPONSIBILITIES as an Operations and Sales Development Supervisor:

- Supervise a team of delivery drivers and independent distributors;
- Manage daily operations and ensure the quality of service and delivery;
- Onboard and train current employees, manage vacation replacements and departures, and fill in on routes when required;




- Raise employee awareness of compliance with current laws on Quebec roads;
- Ensure the application of transportation and occupational health and safety policies;
- Ensure the application of occupational health and safety policies;
- Conduct performance evaluations for all employees;
- Plan workforce needs and develop strategies with the Human Resources department;
- Provide ongoing support to the internal team through regular meetings and support each team member’s individual development;
- Prepare performance reports, audit reports, and any other requested reports;
- Optimize work methods on a daily basis;
- Maintain constant communication with clients;
- Ensure that the team always strives to exceed expectations and meet the objectives set by the company;
- Perform any other related duties.
