About the Role

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Charity Outreach & Community Impact Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for doing outreach to charities, building and deepening relationships with charities and non-profits, creating strategic partnerships, and helping them maximize the value of our Kits For A Cause program. This includes educating charities on how to use us as an “outsourced partner” to attract more donors and donations, strengthen fundraising efforts, and increase Group Volunteer Engagement

This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate and understands the non-profit world, enjoys outreach and relationship-building, and can coach organizations on how to maximize donations.

About You

You are passionate about helping charities succeed. You know how to build trust, identify opportunities, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships. You are proactive, assertive, organized, and thrive on managing multiple relationships at once.

- Have successful experience working with charities, fundraising, or non-profit organizations
- Are confident doing outreach, business development, or partnership management
- Will coach and guide organizations to improve donor engagement and offer solutions when financial donors say NO.
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills
- Are motivated by purpose and impact
- Consistently bring a positive,



professional and proactive approach to work
- Can work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development (50%)

- Identify and connect with charities and non-profit organizations to introduce the Kits For A Cause program
- Build, onboard, and maintain long-term charity partnerships
- Educate organizations on how to leverage our programs to increase donations and donor participation
- Expand relationships across departments, chapters, and affiliated branches
- Develop customized partnership strategies based on each organization’s needs

Charity Coaching & Support (30%)

- Coach charity partners on best practices for donor engagement and fundraising through our programs
- Help organizations identify opportunities for corporate partnerships and sponsorships
- Support charities in maximizing the impact of each event and donation campaign
- Act as a trusted advisor and ongoing resource

Program Growth & Relationship Management (20%)

- Maintain timely, consistent and on-going contact with charity partners to ensure strong engagement
- Create awareness of our donation and event programs
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and deepen partnerships and cross-pollinate to drive new business opportunities

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
