Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and program CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise will ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, contributing to high-quality product output. Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines, lathes, and press brake machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Program CNC equipment using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and CNC programming languages to create precise machining instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate production.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Assist with material handling using forklifts and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Support assembly processes when needed, including welding and fitting components based on specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of machining processes, inspection results, and production logs for quality assurance purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment in a manufacturing workplace.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages and experience with Fanuc controls is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use measurement tools like calipers effectively.
- Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of machining principles, welding techniques, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Fusion or other CAD software is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, press brake machines, forklift operation, and basic math skills for accurate measurements.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Warehouse experience including packaging and inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
