We are seeking a highly skilled Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in an upscale dining environment. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. As a True Wild Server, you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
Responsibilities:
· Take food and beverage orders from guests.
· Serve meals and beverages to guests according to established protocols.
· Ensure quality control of all dishes and drinks being served.
· Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any guest concerns or complaints.
· Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
· Manage multiple tables while ensuring each guest receives personalized attention.
· Maintain complete knowledge of menu items and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods.
· Attend all required meetings and training sessions.
· Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
· Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
· Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guests.
· Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
· Polishing utensils, plate and glassware.
· Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
· Daily and weekly cleaning duties.
Requirements:
· 2 years experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once
· Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
· Willingness to work a versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
