Responsibilities

- Oversee surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring and alarm systems, to detect and prevent potential threats or breaches.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders during incidents or investigations to ensure swift resolution.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.




- Manage access control protocols for all facilities, verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, documenting events thoroughly and initiating appropriate action plans.

Experience

- Proven experience in law enforcement or security management roles with a strong understanding of security operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in surveillance systems operation and monitoring techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate security teams effectively.
- Robust communication skills for liaising with law enforcement agencies, staff, and external partners.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
