Fresh One Services is a growing professional cleaning company serving Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking cleaners to join our team.

Our services include residential cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office cleaning, and commercial cleaning. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating clean, healthy spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential and commercial cleaning according to Fresh One Services' quality standards.
- Complete standard, deep, move-in/move-out, office, and post-construction cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, offices, and common areas.
- Clean interior windows, mirrors, glass, and other surfaces as required.
- Empty garbage and replace liners.
- Restock client supplies when requested.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to company procedures.
- Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or supply shortages to the office.




- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at every job.

Qualifications

- Previous qualified cleaning experience is an asset but not required—paid training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional, and respectful when interacting with clients.
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for extended periods, and repetitive tasks.
- Valid driver's license and comfortable driving is a must
- Ability to communicate in basic English and/or Spanish
