Recruitment Coordinator (Full-time, 12-Month Contract)
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will coordinate and administer full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a key role in attracting aligned candidates, support hiring managers, maintain recruitment systems, and contribute to HR initiatives that drive the company to achieve its goals.
This is a 12-month temporary role, with the possibility of extension.
What You’ll Do:
· Coordinate for full cycle recruitment activities from job postings through onboarding.
· Create, update, and post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
· Maintain and update the company’s careers webpage and social media recruitment content.
· Screen resumes, assess candidate qualifications and suitability, and conduct telephone pre-screen interviews.
· Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating expectations, providing timely updates, preparing interviewers,
and coordinating interview logistics.
· Maintain accurate candidate information withing our tracking systems.
· Track recruitment metrics and assist in preparing recruitment reports.
· Keep up to date on recruiting best practices and relevant legislation such as Employment Standards Act, Labour Relations Code, Human Rights Act, Personal Information Protection Act, and Workers Compensation Act.
· Support administration of the Company’s Safety Program, including OH&S; compliance tracking, and active participation in the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
· Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiencies.
· Participate in other related duties and projects as assigned.
What You Have:
· Completion of a recognized post-secondary education in Human Resource Management, with three (3) years’ recruitment experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
· Working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Employment Standards Act, Labour Relations Code, Human Rights Act, Personal Information Protection Act, and Workers Compensation Act.
· Understanding of current job markets and recruitment best practices.
· Experience in candidate screening and interviewing.
· Applicable knowledge of office software and database applications, including web-based applications, Microsoft Office programs, and online recruitment tools.
· Flexibility to work occasional adjusted schedules as operationally required.
