Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations within our organization. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth. You will leverage your expertise in human resources management systems and project management to ensure seamless HR service delivery across multiple functions. Duties

- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and HR best practices.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational restructuring, policy updates,



and employee engagement programs.
- Source candidates through Linkedln, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and community networks
- Conduct data analysis related to HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources management, recruiting, employee relations, or HR sourcing roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of change management principles and best practices for organizational transformation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CHRP designation or progress toward CHRP is an asset
- Bilingual English and Mandarin is an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
