Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces
- Replacing toilet paper and hand towels for common areas
-Change out garbage bins for collection as scheduled
-Cleaning and disinfecting all common paths and surface areas, including washrooms, resident lounge, gym, elevator and study rooms
-Assist in annual cleaning of the parkade
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
-Follow all health and safety regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in Apartment complex cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
