Position: ERP Analyst

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Vice President, ERP Solutions (“VP ERP”), the ERP Analyst is responsible for the analysis of the ERP customer’s business requirements as applicable to the ERP services and products offered by TIMBER MART to its members participating into its AXESS INSITE program. The ERP Analyst must conceptualize and enable enhancing process effectiveness through efficiently facilitating the integration, training, implementation and application of the AXESS INSITE services and products in harmony with the specifics of the customer’s means and needs. The incumbent must instill a holistic approach in AXESS INSITE processes integration, innovations and relevant training with the utmost respect for the customer’s individuality, respectful of the reality that this integration impacts other active essential processes and activities of the customer.
Major Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the VP ERP, in a cost-efficient, sustainable and ethical manner aimed at promoting the best interest of TIMBER MART and its members, in increasing the organization’s productivity, profitability and competitiveness and in supporting its corporative commercial advancement, the ERP Analyst is responsible for:
- Identifying, designing, developing and implementing business processes to achieve customers goals in using AXESS INSITE in the administrative management of their business.
- Analyzing customers’ existing business processes and needs with the goal of identifying, designing, developing and implementing the optimum and most efficient integration and rolling-out of AXESS INSITE to the customer’s business.
- Analyzing customers’ relevant AXESS INSITE users’ training needs with the goal of identifying, designing, developing, implementing,
operating and dispensing the optimum and most efficient AXESS INSITE training program optimally adapted to the customer’s business nature, needs and relevant employees.
- Analyzing customers’ needs, objectives and capacities with the goal of identifying, designing, developing, implementing and operating the optimum and most efficient AXESS INSITE frontline support system and resources optimally adapted to the customer’s most foreseeable inquiries, queries and supported updates, operating in a context in which system enhancements when needed are developed, tested and deployed in a manner that optimally aligns with the customer’s business nature and needs.
Qualifications
- College/University bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or computer science or in a related field
- A master’s degree in business administration will be considered as a clearly key asset
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the role of ERP software management or consulting (e.g. Sage, AccPac, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.), ideally within the distribution sector
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business management software and experience working with SQL Server is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of accounting is an asset
- Exceptional collaboration, and communication skills.
- Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
- Being English / French bilingual is an important asset

Pay: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
