Full Job Description

NS Roofer Inc. is looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to help us follow up with customers, book estimates, and close roofing and exterior renovation projects.

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential. It is a good opportunity for someone who is confident speaking with customers, enjoys sales, and wants a versatile schedule.

We provide support with estimating, pricing, project coordination, and installation. Warm leads may be provided, and you may also develop your own customer opportunities.

What You Will Do

- Follow up with potential roofing customers by phone, text, and email
- Book roof inspection and estimate appointments
- Explain roofing options, pricing, and project details to customers
- Help customers move from estimate to signed contract
- Coordinate with our estimating and installation team
- Maintain professional communication with customers




- Build new customer relationships in Nova Scotia

Requirements

- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Roofing, construction, or renovation experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver’s licence is preferred

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. There is no base salary. Income depends on successful sales performance.
