We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Assembly & Production Associate to join our team in Quebec, Canada. In this role, you will support the assembly and production of cassettes and kiosks while ensuring quality standards, inventory accuracy, and smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble cassettes and kiosks according to established assembly procedures.
- Monitor production line inventory levels and notify the appropriate team members of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Perform visual inspections of received parts to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct mechanical tests on new parts when required.
- Monitor tooling requirements and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and production guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to production schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient production operations.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in French is mandatory.
- English communication skills are an asset, as the role may involve collaborating with English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and simple technical instructions.
- Experience using basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Reliable with excellent attendance and commitment to meeting schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
Pay: $22.50 per hour
