Better Mortgage Select is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Burlington, Ontario. If you're energized by sales, thrive on building relationships, and enjoy speaking with new people every day, we'd love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to build a rewarding career in the mortgage and financial services industry. Previous mortgage experience is considered an asset—but it's not required. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in direct inside sales who knows how to build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently convert opportunities into clients. Cold-lead experience, high-volume calling, objection handling, and direct closing experience are also highly important.

What You'll Do

- Contact and qualify inbound and cold leads.
- Build relationships with prospective clients over the phone.
- Identify clients' financial and mortgage needs.
- Book appointments for our mortgage professionals.
- Follow up with leads using our CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of direct inside sales experience required (unless you are a recent university graduate).
- Experience handling cold leads and outbound sales.
- A confident, persuasive, and professional communicator.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with a high volume of new clients daily.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive.




- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Mortgage or financial services experience is an asset, but not required.

Location

This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position based at our Burlington, Ontario office. Remote work is not available for this role.

Pay: $90,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
