ABOUT US
Home SOULutions Healthy Homes is a family-operated business with a shop and offices based in the Oyster River area. We provide healthy home services such mold removal and mold prevention services, as well as ventilation and insulation upgrades. Other services we provide include insulation removal and cleaning attics. We have been serving the Central and North Vancouver Island communities since 2012. (Parksville, Qualicum, Comox Valley, Campbell River and North)

WE ARE SEEKING
A long-term - permanent - entry level worker to train on the job and who does not mind working hard.
If you have more than entry level skills, by all means let us know in your application.

HOURS
Starting part time working mornings only immediately (12 to 20 hrs a week)
Working full time starting mid September. (25 to 35 hrs).

WHAT WE OFFER

- $26/27 an hour to start for an entry level employee
- $27/28 an hour to start for an employee with industry specific experience
- A travel stipend for longer distance jobs
- Weekly pay etransfers
- We don’t work weekends
- In the summer we only work mornings so you have the afternoons for summer fun
- 4-day long stat weekends
- Birthdays off with pay

WHAT YOU NEED

- You MUST live in the Campbell River area as part of the job requirements would be picking up other crew in the CR area




- You MUST have a valid driver's license as you would be driving company vehicles and picking up crew
- You don’t have a criminal record
- You don’t have any injuries or physical limitations
- You can lift 50 lbs and work on your knees for long periods of time
- You are comfortable in small spaces
- You have good eyes and don’t need glasses - you can't wear glasses under a full-face mask
- You are clean-shaven - this is an industry requirement for PPE
- You speak fluent English; this requirement is for safety reasons as positive communication is imperative and is a challenge with loud machines running and a mask on
- You are a team player who gets along well with others
- You have a strong work ethic - show up for work on time and take pride in your work

PREFERENCE AND THE HIGHER WAGE MAY BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE

- Insulation installation experience
- Home Performance Stakeholder Council Insulation Training
- Experience working in attics
- Mold removal experience
- A WRT and/or AMRT certificate
