Job Description: ABA Assistant Clinical Therapist

The following job duties will all be completed under the direct supervision and approval of a R.B.A. (ONT.) Autonomous Clinical Therapist at The Village

- Developing new ABA programs and/or adjusting existing programs
- Designing and implementing individualized behaviour reduction plans
- Assessing a client’s skill level and training team members to teach to the client needs
- Conducting functional behavior assessments
- Analyzing and interpreting data
- Collaborate with Clinical Therapists to review client goals and objectives
- Maintain daily data collection and graphing, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Providing direct and in the moment supervision to both Lead Instructor Therapists and Instructor Therapists
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Lead Instructor Therapists and Instructor Therapists
- Participate in monthly team meetings and quarterly full staff PD meetings
- Participate in own performance reviews bi-annually
- Work with clients in any location, at the discretion of the Director team
- Available for work between the hours of 8:00am and 6:15pm,



with the exceptional of a day in lieu for weeks scheduled in center on Saturdays

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year working experience directly with children on the autism spectrum
- Working toward R.B.A. Autonomous status under The College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Completed Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (i.e. MADS: Applied Disability Studies , MPED in Applied Behavior Analysis etc.)
- QUALIFY FOR R.B.A. SUPERVISED under The College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Full time availability (Monday- Friday 8:00- 6:15 pm or Tuesday- Saturday 8:00- 6:15 pm)
- Valid CPR Certification
- Vulnerable Sector Screening-Valid within 1 year

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- Maple, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

- Master's Degree (required)

Experience:

- working with children on the autism spectrum: 1 year (required)
- Direct client care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G License (required)
