What You'll Be Doing As a Game Master

You'll be the person who brings each adventure to life.

- Welcome guests and kick off their escape room experience
- Deliver fun, engaging game introductions and explain the rules
- Monitor live games and provide the right nudge at the right time
- Celebrate victories (and dramatic near-misses!) with every group
- Reset rooms quickly and accurately so every team enjoys the same experience
- Help maintain immersive environments by keeping rooms clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Ensure guests have a safe, exciting, and unforgettable visit

As Barback Support

You'll help keep the bar and event space operating smoothly.

- Restock glassware, ice, garnishes, syrups, and beverages
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and ready for service
- Support bartenders during busy periods and private events
- Deliver drinks and assist with event setup when needed
- Help create an inviting atmosphere for guests enjoying our lounge





We're Looking For Someone Who...

- Loves interacting with people and creating great experiences
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Can stay organized while juggling multiple tasks
- Is dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Pays attention to the little details that make a big difference
- Is 18 years of age or older (required for bar access)

No escape room or bar experience? No problem—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Training

You'll receive paid training at our 1638 10th Ave SW location.

Training is typically scheduled during weekday mornings and afternoons and averages 30–40 hours before moving into regular shifts.

Once training is complete, you'll be scheduled at both Escape60 locations based on business needs.
