What You'll Do
- Operate blowers, rollers, and sealer sprayers
- Crack-fill and seal residential driveways
- Follow a clear, step-by-step system to deliver high-quality finishes
- Collaborate with a small team to complete jobs on time
- Represent the company with professionalism in office
We’re Looking For People Who:
- Have hands-on experience in outdoor labour (required)
- Can work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Are punctual, organized, and quick to adapt to on-site changes
- Understand the value of high standards and team accountability
- Are comfortable lifting, bending, and moving equipment throughout the day
- Have a valid driver's license and their own vehicle
Pay & Perks
- Starting at $20 per hour
- Seasonal,
full-time hours from May through October
