Education/Experience

· No Experience necessary, however 6 months is an asset

· Organizational skills

· Working well with large groups

· Meeting deadlines and meeting product demand

· High School Diploma or GED (asset)

· Food Safety Certified (asset)

· Fork lift/scissor lift experience (asset)

· Fluent in English and Spanish

Duties

· Planting, pruning, picking, clipping/suckering, de-leafing, lowering,

· Packing, sorting, quality assurance

· Comfortable with working at heights

· Ability to lift 50Lbs

· Other duties as assigned

· May be required to help in inventory for facility materials

Setting

· Repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling

· Standing for extended periods





· Take direction and work well with others

· Hot/cold temperatures

· Exposure to pests, bugs and bees

· Rural Location must have own transportation
