What You'll Do

As a Physiotherapist at ASCEND, you'll:

- Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments
- Develop individualized rehabilitation plans using evidence-based practice
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy when appropriate
- Prescribe progressive exercise and strength programs




- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term health
- Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation
- Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships
- Contribute to an exceptional patient experience

Who We're Looking For

We're searching a Physio who is:

- Passionate and knowledgeable

- Comfortable treating both athletes and active individuals
- Excited by the intersection & integration of rehab and performance

New graduates are welcome to apply if they have a robust commitment to learning and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

Required:

- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Up-to-date Professional Liability Insurance (PLI)
- Experience with athletes and active populations

Assets include:

- Experience treating sports injuries
- Manual therapy training
- Dry needling certification




- Strength and conditioning background
- Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology, or sport experience
- Vestibular or concussion rehabilitation
- Return-to-sport programming
