Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated ,motivated, and experienced Vinyl Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of vinyl graphics, including fleet kits, and vehicle wraps, window graphics, wall murals, and signage. You will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life with precision and expertise. Experience is required.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for vinyl application, ensuring they are clean and smooth.
- Accurately install vinyl graphics on various surfaces, including vehicles, windows, walls, and signs.
- Apply vinyl & full Wraps using proper techniques, minimizing bubbles, wrinkles, and imperfections.
- Trim and finish vinyl installations for a professional appearance.
- Maintain, clean and organize installation tools, equipment, and work environment.
- Complete inspection forms and create measurement guidelines.
- Read and interpret work orders and design specifications.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Working from heights, such as ladder, scaffolding, or lifts.
- Working outside in various climates.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Possibly help with other production tasks or large sign Installation, as needed.




- Travel to and complete on-site installations in outside shops, while complying with all required safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Experience is Required.
- 3M Preferred is an asset, or other relevant Vinyl training (ie. Avery wrap course)
- Ability to work with precision and have good attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, self- motivated, and a willingness to adapt and pivot accordingly.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- A portfolio showing related work is a bonus.
