We are seeking qualified Kitchen Support Staff to provide relief coverage at a youth shelter.
This role may include:
- Food preparation and meal service for residents
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in kitchen areas
- Following food handling procedures and public health guidelines
- Supporting frontline staff as needed
This is a relief/on-call role — shifts are assigned as needed and may vary in schedule.
Requirements:
- Valid CPI certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and references
- Comfortable working in shelter environments
- Food Handling Certificate
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain professional conduct
