Position Summary
High Class Restoration Ltd. is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.
This is a hybrid role requiring both pre-construction estimating and project coordination experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, hands-on experience in Canada, and the ability to manage projects from tender stage through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating:
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs using PlanSwift
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for cladding and building envelope systems
- Solicit and review pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Analyze project scope and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Assist in preparing and submitting competitive bids
Project Coordination:
- Review architectural and construction drawings for project execution
- Prepare and revise shop drawings (EIFS, ACM, metal panels, fiber cement, etc.)
- Coordinate material procurement and track deliveries
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and material logs
- Coordinate with site crews and monitor daily progress
- Assist with workforce planning and site coordination
- Track project changes, RFIs, and site issues
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction, cladding, or building envelope
- Solid architectural background with façade system knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and PlanSwift (mandatory)
- Experience in both estimating and shop drawing preparation
- Strong understanding of commercial construction workflows
- Ability to manage multiple project phases simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in cladding, EIFS, or exterior systems is highly preferred
