We are seeking a capable and reliable chef to join our team immediately.

This is a full time position. You will be preparing pastas, pizzas, entrees, appetizers, brunch items, and desserts, alone or as part of the line. Shifts may be lunch only (responsible for opening in the morning), dinner only, or split lunch/dinner.

Must have at least 5 years cooking experience including Italian cuisine. Must be familiar with the Toronto dining scene. Must be prepared to handle all orders alone during the day when business is quieter. Must have a team player mindset and a commitment to cleanliness. Experience organizing a line and maintaining stock levels is an asset.

Must live within easy commute of 1566 Bayview Avenue.
