We're always growing; we don't like standing still, and we're looking for the friendly, organized voice who keeps our customers happy from the very first call to the final follow-up.

About the role

This is the heartbeat of our customer experience. You'll be the first person our leads talk to and the one who guides every customer through their solar journey. Your number one job is simple: call our leads quickly, understand what they need, and book them in. From there, you'll keep customers informed, answer their questions, help with scheduling, and make sure they're happy enough to leave us a glowing review.

What you'll do

- Call every new inbound lead within 5 minutes during business hours; speed is how we win, and you'll be the first friendly voice they hear
- Make outbound calls to our existing list of names and numbers to reconnect and book consultations
- Qualify leads and book them into consultations and site assessments; this is the core of the role
- Guide customers through each step of their solar journey and keep them updated
- Answer customer questions clearly and make them feel genuinely taken care of
- Coordinate scheduling between customers and our install team




- Follow up after installs and ask happy customers for reviews
- Keep every interaction accurately logged in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks

What we're looking for

- You love talking to people on the phone. And you're good at it
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, scheduling, or reception, solar or home-services experience is a plus but not required
- A sense of urgency, you jump on new leads fast, aiming to call within 5 minutes, and you follow up until it's done
- Organized and detail-oriented, nothing slips through the cracks
- Comfortable using a CRM and picking up new software quickly
- Warm, positive, and genuinely helpful, our customers should feel it in every call
- Able to work on-site at our Calgary office
- Explicit, confident English phone communication
