Grove Electric is a growing, locally owned electrical contractor based in the Lower Mainland. We work across commercial, industrial, multi-tenant, and restoration projects, and we're known for doing quality work, keeping our crews busy year-round, and treating our team like family. We're expanding our commercial division and looking for experienced journeymen who want to build a long-term career with us.

What You'll Be Doing

- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial electrical systems
- Running conduit, pulling wire, terminating panels, and installing lighting and power distribution
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, single-line diagrams, and specs
- Working from prints on tenant improvements, retail buildouts, office spaces, warehouses, and similar commercial environments
- Coordinating with GCs, site supervisors, and other trades on active job sites
- Mentoring apprentices and supporting your foreman to keep the project moving on schedule





What We're Looking For

- Valid BC Journeyman Electrician Certificate of Qualification (Red Seal preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on commercial electrical experience
- Strong working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
- Comfortable reading commercial drawings and specifications
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
- Valid BC driver's license and clean abstract
- Own basic hand tools
- FSR ticket is a strong asset
