Your Primary Responsibility

Your number one priority is ensuring every patient feels acknowledged, welcomed, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll set the tone for each visit by creating a skilled, friendly, and organized experience.

What You'll Do

- Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Create a positive, calm, and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
- Build rapport with patients while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
- Answer phones with excellent customer service and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Process payments and complete administrative tasks.




- Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Keep the reception area organized, inviting, and running smoothly.
