New Grad Dental Assistant? Ready to Learn More?

We’re looking for a new graduate who is curious, motivated, and excited to build skills that go beyond traditional dental assisting.

What this role is NOT:

You won’t spend your days sitting chairside for fillings.

You won’t spend your days assisting with routine endo.

What this role IS:

An opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge yourself.

We don’t expect you to walk through our doors knowing everything — in fact, we don’t expect you to know any of it yet. That’s our job.

We want to teach you, mentor you, and help you build your skills from the ground up. You’ll start with the fundamentals, and as your confidence and abilities grow, so will your responsibilities.

Over time, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

- Digital scanning and digital dentistry
- Orthodontics
- Implant surgery
- Surgical procedures
- Removable prosthodontics
- Implant crowns
- Crown and bridge




- Sleep dentistry

This isn’t just a position to fill. It’s a role you can grow into.

We’re looking for someone who asks questions, wants to understand the why, enjoys learning new technology, and isn’t afraid of a challenge.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
