We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Large Format Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality large format prints and graphics, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the production process. Your expertise will help bring creative visions to life while maintaining safety standards and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Operate large format printers, cutters, and finishing equipment with precision to produce vibrant, high-resolution graphics.
- Set up and calibrate machinery, ensuring optimal performance and print quality for each project.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing and finishing equipment to minimize downtime and extend machine lifespan.
- Assist with packaging finished products securely for delivery or installation, ensuring all items meet quality standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating large format printing equipment.




- Strong mechanical knowledge related to printing machinery, cutters, and finishing tools.
- Familiarity with packaging techniques suitable for large-format graphics to prevent damage during transit.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is highly preferred.
- Basic machining skills for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly and effectively.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Current equpment includes - Onyx Thrive, Roll to Roll Printers (ie. Canon M-series, Epson S60), Vanguard UV Flatbed, Graphtec FC8600, Kongsberg Cutter C24, Seal Laminator
