Summary

As a Residential Site Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget constraints. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will utilize your expertise in residential construction and leadership skills to supervise teams effectively. Your core competencies in quality control, construction estimating, and project management will be essential in delivering successful outcomes. Familiarity with construction management tools along with your ability to read blueprints and schematics, will further enhance your contributions to our organization’s success in residential construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and approving invoices
- Utilize construction management software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Project & Teams) to track project progress and communicate with team members




- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management and supervising teams on residential projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Teams
- Strong skills in customer relations, budgeting & quality control.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively
- Excellent leadership and project management capabilities
