YEG Home Care Services is looking for a reliable and compassionate Caregiver/Health Care Aide (HCA) to provide in-home care for a client.
Requirements
- Must speak Italian fluently and be comfortable communicating with the client in Italian
- Must also speak Ukrainian
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Previous caregiving/HCA experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
- Able to work independently and follow the client’s care plan
Duties May Include
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Toileting and continence care
- Mobility assistance and protected transfers
- Medication assistance/reminders as required
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping related to the client’s care
- Companionship and social support
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s condition
- Following the established care plan and safety procedures
