Prime+ Care Health Centre is a well-established rehabilitation clinic in Scarborough specializing in the assessment and treatment of clients injured in motor vehicle accidents (MVA). We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Position Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, including in-home assessments and Form 1.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing occupational therapy assessment and intervention.
- Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports in accordance with the standards of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Assess clients’ functional needs and recommend appropriate assistive devices, equipment, and community resources.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families/caregivers.
- Communicate treatment plans, progress, and recommendations with clients, families, lawyers, insurers, and other members of the client’s circle of care as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, case coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated client care.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of Auto Insurance Claim Forms (OCF forms) and related documentation when required.
- Work across in-clinic, in-home, and remote environments, depending on client needs.

Position Requirements

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and time-management skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong understanding of interdisciplinary care and appropriate referrals.
- MVA experience is preferred but not mandatory. New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Reliable transportation is required for community/in-home visits.
- Chinese language proficiency is required.

Experience

- Occupational Therapy: New graduates welcome.
- MVA rehabilitation experience: Preferred, but not required.
