We are seeking a skilled and energetic Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential restorations to commercial builds, all while honing your craftsmanship and contributing to high-quality construction outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute projects.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools with precision.
- Handle heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely to move materials around the job site.
- Install siding, perform restoration work, and execute other carpentry tasks that enhance building integrity and appearance.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols throughout each project phase.

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry and framing.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of manual labor.
- Familiarity with siding installation, restoration processes, welding techniques, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation.
- Safety-minded and dependable.
