Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Property Assistant to join our team year round. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager, and capable of handling a variety of tasks. As a Property Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our properties and ensuring they are in pristine condition for our guests. The Property Assistant will be driving to various locations within Midland, Penetanguishene, Tay and Tiny Township.

Responsibilities:

- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Clean and maintain hot tubs to ensure they are protected and hygienic for guests.
- Take garbage and recycling to the curb for collection.
- Perform shopping and run errands as needed.
- Assist with landscaping tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and general garden maintenance.
- Conduct exterior cleaning, such as power washing decks, cleaning windows, cleaning patio furniture and ensuring properties have curb appeal.
- Perform snow removal during the winter season, including shovelling walkways, clearing entrances, and assisting with driveway maintenance.
- Complete routine property inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the property manager.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in landscaping, property maintenance,



or a related field is considered an asset.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle is required

Position Details:

- Three to five days per week, depending on the season.
- Year round position.
- Mileage reimbursement is provided when using your personal vehicle for work.
- All equipment and supplies required for cleaning, lawn maintenance, and snow removal are provided by the company.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays, particularly during the busy summer season, as operational needs require
- Work takes place throughout Midland, Penetanguishene, Tay, and Tiny Township.
