Responsibilities:
- Review contracting requirements and process new advisor requests within multiple systems.
- Review licensing requirements in accordance with advisor contracting and provincial regulations.
- Complete research and facilitate the movement of business between advisors.
- Perform ongoing administrative maintenance for contracted advisors.
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with internal and external partners using strong bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
- Work effectively under pressure while managing high volumes and meeting expected service level agreements.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and priority management skills with close attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
- Experience and/or knowledge in the insurance industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with complex distribution systems or an aptitude to learn new software.
- Fluent in English and French, to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and support advisor contracting, licensing, and business transfer activities.
Required soft skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while handling high volumes and meeting expected SLAs.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to collaborate and support a team environment with minimal supervision.
