About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced landscaping or property maintenance professional ready to step up, drive the company vehicle, lead a multi-person crew, and deliver high-quality residential/commercial maintenance services across Toronto and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Driving & Transport: Drive the company truck and safely tow, maneuver, reverse, and park a utility trailer between job sites.
- Crew Leadership: Lead, work alongside, and support other crew members to ensure effective, high-quality work.
- Service Delivery: Residential/Commercial lawn care, yard cleanups, weeding, hedge/shrub trimming, and lawn and plant fertilizing.
- Equipment & Operations: Safely operate and maintain equipment (lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers) and keep the vehicle, trailer, and work area clean and organized.
- Customer & Job Site Management: Review job scope instructions, communicate professionally with clients, take before-and-after photos, and identify potential upsells outside the initial job scope.
- Safety: Strictly follow safety procedures and ensure customer property is fully protected.

Requirements





- Licensing & Driving: Valid Ontario G driver's license with a clean driving record (must be willing to provide a 3-year driver's abstract).
- Driving Comfort: Proven experience driving a truck and towing/maneuvering a utility trailer.
- Experience: Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or property maintenance. Crew lead or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Availability: Reliable and available as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
