- Supporting e-commerce orders for customers
- Advise customers over the phone on parts and accessories
- Place orders and following up with customers
- Offer knowledge on performance parts and accessories
Requirements
- Previous Parts or Automotive Industry Experience Required
- Diesel experience an asset
- Powersports experience an asset
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Priority Management and Listening Skills
- Interest in continuous product training
- Organized
- Self motivated
- Work well as a team player
- Customer-oriented approach
