Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Asphalt General Labourers to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with paving projects and supporting the installation and maintenance of asphalt surfaces. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety. Prior construction experience and familiarity with heavy equipment operation are a plus. Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and setup of paving sites, including moving materials and setting up equipment
- Operate or assist in operating heavy equipment such as rollers, skid steers, or loaders under supervision
- Help with the placement and spreading of asphalt materials according to project specifications
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Load, unload,



and transport materials as needed across job sites
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure productive workflow and project completion
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, shoveling, and site cleanup as required

Qualifications

- Prior experience in paving or construction is preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is essential
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus but training will be provided for interested candidates
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety standards
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work effectively as part of a team

This position is vital for supporting successful asphalt paving projects and offers valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
