Valid driver's license and own car required (B2B & Field Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in B2B sales, field marketing, and door-to-door sales, who can actively generate leads, grow client relationships, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue current business opportunities through B2B sales and field marketing activities.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and promotional campaigns to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or door-to-door sales.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and own car required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
