Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated car wash equipment at customer sites. Service areas include (but are not limited to) Vernon, Kelowna, and Kamloops.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair automated car wash equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Respond to work order requests in a timely and skilled manner
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service and repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in mechanical, low-voltage electrical, or plumbing necessary
- Car Wash experience prefered
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a physically demanding workload
- Clean driving abstract
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
