We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our dynamic team during a rebranding . Duties
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, or other modalities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health history and current conditions to develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients before, during, and after sessions to ensure comfort and understanding.
- Educate clients on self-care practices, post-treatment recommendations, and injury prevention strategies.
- Ensure all treatment areas are clean, sanitized,
and organized in compliance with health regulations.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments, progress notes, and treatment plans for ongoing care continuity.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client wellness.
Experience
- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and injury management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and professional setting.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player committed to continuous learning.
