- Heavy grocery store work (this is a must-have background)
- Strong exposure to CO₂ systems-nice to have
- Service calls, emergency response, retrofits
- Project work + installs — you’ll build, not just fix
- Travel across BC as required — not stuck in one lane
One day you’re saving product.
Next day? On a project site leading installs.

- Journeyman or strong Apprentice
- Grocery experience — non-negotiable
- CO₂ experience (or ready to get after it)
- Comfortable with project work + travel within BC
- On-call rotation
- Valid Class 5 license
