Responsibilities
- Design and create a wide variety of floral arrangements for occasions such as weddings, events, holidays, and everyday gifting
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and providing expert recommendations on floral options and accessories
- Maintain the freshness and quality of floral inventory through proper handling, storage, and rotation as well as flower processing.
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays that attract customers and highlight seasonal themes
- Handle cash register transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide excellent customer service .
Must be fluent in English.
- Proven experience as a floral designer with a strong portfolio of creative arrangements. Certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of Funeral work and Wedding Design mandatory.
- Front end customer service and familiarity with all aspects of a working flower shop.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers confidently and collaborate with team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills. Good time management skills a must.
- Experience with wire service platforms is advantageous for supporting online sales initiatives
