Shift Supervisor - Wendy's

Lead the shift. Support the Team. Deliver Great Guest Experiences.

We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to join our Wendy's team. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations, coach crew members, and ensure every guest receives fast, friendly service in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the team during assigned shifts.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.

-Ensure food quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

-Delegate tasks and support crew members throughout the shift.

-Open and/or close the restaurant following company procedures.

-Assist with cash handling, deposits, and maintaining accurate records.

-Monitor inventory and complete daily operational checklists.

-Train and coach new and existing team members.

-Ensure all health, safety, and company policies are followed.

-Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations.





Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant, food service or hospitality environment.

-Leadership , supervisor, keyholder, or management experience is required.

-Strong communication skills and problem solving skills.

-Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

-Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example.

-Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Pay: $17.00-$18.50 per hour
